Emergency ProceduresIf you are a resident in a Home Owners Association for which Rancho California Landscaping, Inc., provides landscaping maintenance services and you have a landscaping maintenance related emergency, your first step should be to call your management company and follow their emergency procedures. If you are unable to reach your management company, please follow the procedures below: If you have an emergency during business hours:
Action will be immediately taken to resolve the emergency. When the emergency has been resolved, we will call and notify you. If you have an emergency after business hours:
When you hang up, the automated answering system will immediately page the supervisor on duty. Action will be immediately taken to resolve the emergency. When the emergency has been resolved, we will call and notify you. IMPORTANT: When you call our office with an after hours emergency, it is very important that you only leave the emergency information at extension 34. If you leave the message in the general mailbox, or in the mailbox of any individual employee, the supervisor on duty will not receive the message and it will not be acted upon until the next business day. |
